SOLUTION: A 5-month multi-channel campaign to increase awareness
TCA worked out a multi-channel campaign in 2 phases, with an informative first phase recalling the card’s extraordinary benefits – free miles, free air-tickets, class upgrade, excess luggage – whereas the second phase is more marketing-driven with emphasis on rewarding card users with exceptional gifts – smartphones, spa sessions, jewelry, gastronomic dinners, air tickets.
